Hand-crafted Uva-style black tea blended with 7 organic spices from the home of free range tea. Cinnamon, cloves, coriander, fennel, ginger, pepper and chilli combine into a warming brew. We call this brew Fire Chai, think of a warm fire, not a raging fire…. warming not burning hot.
Tea leaves are plucked by hand, processed in our small batch mini roller on the farm using only the finest leaves and buds.
Like fine wines our teas vary according to the terrier, cultivation and season.

How to brew a perfect cup of TEA
Use 1 teaspoon of ‘Fire Chai’ per cup
Boiling hot water and leave for 5 minutes
Our tea can be brewed several times if you pour all the liquid of the leaves in between brews
